Fees: 

Individual sessions are 50 minutes  ~   In-person at my office in North Vancouver, online Zoom or phone appointments are available.

$130 + GST 

I am available for an initial free 15 minute consultation by phone to answer any questions you may have prior to booking your first counselling session. Alternatively, if you are ready for a session, please head to my contact page to request an appointment. 

Counselling sessions are offered in-person at my office in North Vancouver, online via zoom, or by telephone.

Payments and Insurance Coverage:

Counselling therapy is covered by many extended health plans. A receipt will be provided to you after payment that you can send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Counselling fees may be eligible for insurance coverage with the following insurance providers: 

Pacific Blue Cross

Green Shield of Canada

Manulife

Sunlife 

*Please check with your insurance provider and your specific policy.  

A sliding scale can be made available. Please get in touch.

Cancellations or rescheduling:

24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations.
